Former St. Louis University High School standout Charlie Isom-McCall was in action for the Lindenwood Lions on Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m., as the team was defeated 14-8 by the Northern Illinois Huskies in NCAA Division I baseball.
The contest at Lou Brock Sports Complex marked the teams’ fourth meeting of the season. In their prior contest on Saturday, Feb. 28, Lindenwood lost 5-1 to the Huskies.
Isom-McCall finished with one hit in three at-bats, scoring two runs, drawing two walks and striking out once.
Lindenwood’s next matchup is slated for Wednesday, March 4, at 2 p.m. at Bob Warn Field against the Indiana State Sycamores.
