The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate William Lacy Clay Jr., Clay Jr. for Congress, refunded $2,000 to Dana Thompson on January 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Clay Jr. for Congress refunded $2,000 total since August 1, 2019.
