First Alarm Fire - 4600blk of Delmar - Vacant two story brick commercial building; site of a previous #fire. Engine 28 was first due and reported heavy smoke showing from the second floor, and deployed an 1-3/4 hand line. A short time later, Battalion 5 evacuated the building. Companies transitioned into defensive operations; utilizing three aerial waterways and a hand line for extinguishment. No injuries immediately reported. #STLCity
